If you choose the payment upon receipt feature and cancel the order before it is shipped, you will not incur any fees, but if you cancel the order after shipping and want to cancel it, you will bear the shipping costs.

What do I do if another product is delivered that is not required?


If you receive a product that is not required, please contact us with the order number. We will then assist you in returning the order.

Shipping and delivery time?


We ship goods from Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm. All orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Shipping takes 1 to 3 working days, during which the shipment will reach the designated address. Most of our customers receive their products between 3 to 5 days from the day the shipment was sent.
